Confirm the total payable and VAT treatment before commissioning. Both document and page/length limits, the output, delivery date and one brief clarification of the delivered triage note are agreed before acceptance. Fresh analysis, extensive research, ongoing case management, additional correspondence and meetings are excluded from the pilot. If one question cannot responsibly be addressed within the pilot, Clear Ground agrees a different scope and fee or declines.
